Are your products safe for my pet?
Our slow feeder bowl is made from food-grade silicone (BPA-free). Our cooling mat's gel has been lab-tested — no phthalates and no heavy metals were detected — and the bite-resistant outer fabric is designed to keep the gel sealed inside. All products carry California Prop 65 labeling.
Does the cooling mat need electricity or water?
No. It uses Soft-Ice PCM (Phase Change Material) gel that absorbs your pet's body heat and self-cools. It recharges on its own — just leave it for a while and it's ready again. No plugs, no water, no freezer.
What if my dog chews the cooling mat?
The mat uses woven polyester composite fabric — a tear-resistant material designed to resist scratching and chewing, so the gel stays sealed inside. The gel itself is sodium polyacrylate (the same low-toxicity material used in ice packs and diapers). That said, the mat isn't a chew toy — if your dog is a heavy chewer, supervise use.
Does the lint brush need refills or batteries?
Neither. It's a fully manual, double-sided roller that collects pet hair in a self-cleaning chamber. When it's full, just open and empty it. It lasts forever — no sticky sheets, no batteries, no ongoing cost.
