Are your products safe for my pet?
Our slow feeder bowl is made from food-grade silicone (BPA-free). All products carry California Prop 65 labeling.
Will the hair remover get rid of pilling or fabric bobbles?
No — it's built for loose pet hair, lint and dust, not for shaving pills off knitwear. For bobbles you'd want a dedicated fabric shaver.
Does the lint brush need refills or batteries?
Neither. It's a fully manual, double-sided roller that collects pet hair in a self-cleaning chamber. When it's full, just open and empty it — no sticky sheets, no batteries, no ongoing cost. The roller is washable, so it keeps working.
